Ask for Experience Not Knowledge

When it comes to current religious understanding, all of them trumpet the things that you can't see, feel or experience. Believe in God, Heaven and Hell. Not one can be proven to exist. Even in the east, the belief of Karma, is a pure belief unless it becomes experiential. What I did in the past life doesn't concern me now, nor do I know for fact it is true. I am declaring I don't believe in anything except for what I experience

You spend your whole life believing, your only hope is to die and you had chosen wisely, it is a very risky maneuver.

Instead, Ask to experience god, to experience the divine. Do they have a way? Follow only what helps you to experience.

I am not an atheist either... the atheists also believe They believe there is no god..So what makes them so different I don't know. Both systems are exactly the same, they don't want to put any efforts in finding the truth of their existence but rather will settle for believing in something and relax..

I just copied and pasted this from my other blog. Reason being, is I am trying to keep the other blog really soft. This blog is made to bring random thoughts and arguments.

I totally agree that one should ask for experience but on the basis of knowledge or what I call theory.
Actually, being in the medical feild has taught me not to accept final statements without serious experiments leading to convincing results.
You have the theory but you can't talk about results unless you made experienceS -many experiences not only one, cause one can happen by coincidence, two you can tell it's fate, three let's say it's destiny and so on...(just making my point here)- once the experiences done and validated or shall I say approved by the mind and the logic then comes the conclusions.
I beleive the human brain works in some sort of way making "abstract" (beleiving just like an automated thing)unacceptable and somehow illogical and only "concrete"(which is the final statement:God does exist or not)acceptable.
So in order to find the truth about existence you should start at some theoretical point, let it be beleiving or not in god, and go all the way till the end to come out with convincing results.

How do you experience the divine?

Krys, I do agree with you, there is a slight difference in opinion but generally it is very similar...So you are in the medical field.. that is very nice :) just don't make a surgery while listening to Metallica 's Kill'em all :):)

Hamze, I believe only in what I experience..So if you ask me if I believe in Heaven or hell? I will tell you neither yes or no since I haven't seen them nor experienced anything to indicate either way. I have my logical conclusions but I keep my mind's cup completely empty. What about you, do you believe in certain ideas? Have you experienced anything to approve of your beliefs?
