another in their lifetimes although, its intensity and reoccurrence vary from
one person to another. Weather you are on the receiving end or sending end, it
is important to understand what it is and how to deal with it
What is Passive Aggressive Behavior
Passive-aggressive behavior is the behavior of acting indirectly aggressive rather than directly
aggressive. Passive-aggressive people regularly exhibit resistance to requests
or demands from family and other individuals often by procrastinating, expressing
sullenness, or acting stubborn.

Eliminating Passive Aggressiveness
- · Be an assertive Communicator.
- · Express anger in positive ways.
- · Identify unmet needs and violated Boundaries.
- · Practice Saying No to requests that you don’t like to participate in.
- · Express yourself with I statements.
- · Become aware of body language.
- · Make eye contact without shuffling/moving in your space.
- · Don’t make dramatic gestures.
- · Become conscious of emotional reaction and how they feel, then keep them out.
